This photo won the VC Honorable Mention Award of the Candid Section of the PID Color Division of the VS -BURDWAN section of the Vibrance Exhibition in India. As US Coast Guard Auxiliarists, we were assisting US Coast Guard Rescue Swimmers with their annual re-certification.
